H20 Painting Techniques
(7 to 14 years)

Watercolors are a lot of fun to paint with! They are even more fun when the artist is able to utilize several different techniques to create an “outside of the box” piece! In this course, the goal is to teach young artists how to create an array of textures and designs through the use of water and fun, creative tools. Artists will understand terms relating to color such as hue, saturation and value and be able to put these terms into practice. The finished products will be bright watercolor paintings like you’ve never seen them before!
