Pasta Perfetto!: A Pasta Making Workshop
(Toddler, School Age and Teen All Skill Levels)

This cooking lesson is adaptable for any age! We’ll begin by reading a book about pasta and learning about Italy. Chefs will learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch using flour, olive oil and colorful vegetable purees. Participants will learn proper kneading techniques and how to use a pasta machine. Then, we will cook the pasta to al dente and enjoy various types of pasta with marinara sauce and Parmesan. Chefs will leave with a bowl of pasta to take home and share! Participants need not bring anything but themselves; all food and equipment is included! Mangia!
