Chefs will gain an understanding and appreciate of breadth and depth of food around the world through practical application.  Each class will cover a different country or region around the world.  Participants will learn about the history of food that grows in the region.  They will also learn about the country’s local techniques of preparing and cooking food.  The chefs will create delicious dishes while they gain knowledge of other cultures.
