    JERK CHICKEN & VEGETABLE KABOBS (Kids will cut lots of colorful vegetables and make a jerk marinade. They will place the veggies and cooked chicken onto kabobs and cover with their marinade. Then, we’ll grill everything for a colorful, flavorful.)JAMAICAN RICE & PEAS (Jamaican’s refer to kidney beans as “peas!” This dish is full of white (or brown upon request) rice, kidney beans, herbs and chives. It goes well with the Jerk Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs!)BAHAMA MAMA CRAB CAKES (These crab cakes have been referred to as “The Best I’ve Ever Tasted!” The partiers will squish together lots of lump crabmeat, bread and delicious seasonings and then fry them to enjoy with ketchup!)COCONUT SHRIMP (Always a favorite, participants will create a coconut coating for the shrimp and then dip each cooked shrimp in and place it on a kabob. The shrimp is then fried and enjoyed with orange marmalade!)CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS (The chefs will make dumpling dough from scratch and then create a filling with chicken and vegetables. The dumplings will then be steamed or fried, depending on preference and enjoyed with soy sauce!)BEEF & BROCCOLI LO MEIN (Partiers will make the noodles from scratch. Then, they will make the brown sauce and cook the beef and broccoli together. Finally, the beef and broccoli will be put over noodles and smothered in sauce to enjoy!)SWEET & SOUR PORK (Chefs will learn what goes into a “sweet and sour” sauce by making it from scratch. Then, they chop bell peppers to go with the pork and onions and cook it all with their sauce.)VEGETABLE FRIED RICE (Participants will chops vegetables as well as crack and whisk eggs to go into the rice. Then, all the ingredients will be lightly fried in a pan. This goes great with the Sweet and Sour Pork.)EGG ROLLS (Chefs will make a delicious chicken or vegetarian filling and wrap in an egg roll shell to fry or bake, depending on preference.)CHICKEN CORDON BLEU (Chefs will thin out a chicken breast and wrap ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard and herb du provence inside. Everything is baked in a creamy sauce and topped with crispy bread crumbs!)POTATOES AU GRATIN (The potatoes are peeled and cut using an “apple machine” and then, we’ll make a creamy sauce. We’ll combine everything and top it with bread crumbs to bake and enjoy!)GREEN BEAN ALMONDINE (Chefs will “snap” the green beans and sauté them with butter, salt pepper and almonds.)QUICK BOEUF BOURGUIGNON & EGG NOODLES (First, participants will make the egg noodles from scratch using a pasta maker. Then, chefs will prepare a 'quick' version of Boeuf Bourguignon, which is a hearty beef stew with vegetables. )QUICHE LORRAINE (The chefs will begin by making a crust from scratch. Then, they will crack and whisk eggs and combine them with cheese, bacon and herbs. We’ll bake the quiche and then slice to enjoy!)RATATOUILLE (Ratatouille is a flavorful dish full of vegetables.
