Enrollment

Our Mother’s Day Out Program has limited space to maintain a small class size. If you are interested in enrolling, please contact Lauren Boyle at lboyle@lupinelane.com to ensure there is space in the program.

Begin by completing the Enrollment Form and submitting the registration fee with the first month of tuition. This form will also establish Tuition Auto Pay, which will deduct your child’s tuition on the first of each month.

A folder with forms to complete regarding allergies and information about your child will be sent to you via email. Please complete these forms and submit to Lupine Lane within a week of your child beginning the program.
